Terms & Conditions

Customers are respectively requested to honour the terms and conditions listed below:

  1. All plants are offered subject to being unsold on receipt of a firm order
  2. Goods supplied by Mount Congreve will remain their property until full payment has been received
  3. Payments is due 30 days from invoice unless special credit facilities have been agreed prior to the sale
  4. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month
  5. Customers who exceed credit terms risk losing their credit faclity and would then be asked to pay on a pro-forma basia
  6. New customers must provide 2 trade and 1 bank reference plus their V.A.T. number
  7. If references are not received in time or are inconclusive, new customers will be asked to pay for their first order on a pro-forma basis whereafter, subject to satisfactory references, a credit limit will be set.
  8. We reserve the right to adjust our prices without prior notice
  9. Complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of plants
  10. The placement of an order implies acceptance of these terms
  11. This list cancels all previous lists
  12. The above are governed by Irish law.

Deliveries

Our minimum carriage paid order is for 2 full Danish trolleys within Ireland and the U.K. (This equates to 900euro within Ireland & £750 sterling)

To keep transport costs to a minimum, we require each trolley despatched to be full and we will contact customers to make up part trolleys when necessary and expect customers to co-operate with this.

Orders for single trolleys will be accepted but there will be a delivery charge of 40euro within Ireland or £75 within the U.K.

We are able to deliver to other E.U. countries and will advise of transport charges at the time of enquiry.
